This war won't freeze. The US cannot force Ukraine to stop, EU, UK and Canada have increased production significantly, Even Ukraine is producing 2 million shells and mortar. Last year, EU produced 1 million shells for Ukraine and this year, 2 million. Ukraine won't accept any deal other than NATO membership. Same to Russia, all those 4 regions are also Russian territories according to the Russian constitution, negotiations will mean that Russia is giving territories to Ukraine and a massive defeat for Russia. Why would Russia want to negotiate even after increasing defence spending for this year? North Korea providing soldiers and ammunition? Russia seeing the manpower situation in Ukraine? All Russia is seeing are opportunities to finish what they started even though they have their own share of their problems. The war will likely not end anytime soon even with involment of the USA

12:40 A peace plan where the conflict is frozen, where the Russian aggressor is rewarded with the land and people it occupies, and is allowed to re-arm itself for a 3rd invasion in the future isn't a serious peace plan
