When Nail Wraps Go Wrong 😡😡😡 Lily & Fox

This was meant to be a simple step by step tutorial & review; it didn't turn out that way!
I love Lily and Fox but when things like this happen, I feel let down.

With short nails like yours why not cut them in half before applying? That way you either have a spare if anything goes wrong or you simply have another set of wraps for another time. That's what I do. I also always make sure my wraps are warm enough before applying by keeping them close to me or putting on a radiator for a couple of minutes. They don't break and apply better when they aren't cold.

It could be the wraps were not warm enough when you applied them if it is cool inside your home. Try using a warm blow dryer next time to warm them up before applying them. They will become soft and flexible.

I would contact Lily and fox. I haven’t had this problem and have probably applied 20+ sets? I’ve heard their customer service is very good.

I'd have cut down that biggest one to try on the messed up ring finger. That's unfortunate. Lily and Fox seem really focused on customer service. I'd send them an email, even link them to this vid. They'll probably try to fix you up.

The nail wraps are brittle from the cold temps. Try and store them someplace warm, as well as keep them under your leg the whole time your are applying. Break off the ones you need for each specifc nail and keep the rest warm the whole process. Im dealing with that now too here in the US with the dropped temps. I also use dashing Diva and ruined that set it was brittle. A bit tedious for a video but with edits you can create it to look seamless.

Def contact the company. The wraps are sent through the mail and should be able to remain consistent in reasonable weather.

I have had several sets do this! Very frustrated!! They seemed thick and brittle. I'm going to have to contact them

I would contact Lily and Fox, chances are that if this has happened to anyone else they would probably know about it. I’m not saying it a production fault but they might be able to shed some light on what you could have done wrong.

Oh no that is not like Lily & Fox nail wraps. How disappointing! I would have stopped also. So sorry! I would definitely reach out to Lily & Fox

You do Not have any of those issues with Color Street. Yes they are more expensive but so easy to put on and thin like real nail polish.
