TCMC is the worst medical council I have seen in india.

Work culture in Maharashtra is very toxic. First year is literally hell for everyone, basic problem is the interns they literally don't do anything and very adment( not everyone) don't have clinical skills and knowledge like students who passed out from South Indian States because all they have saw till today is marrow and dams. They are preparing from first year for that one day neet pg but still struggle to succeed. The faculties are allowed to do private practice and they won't do much academic activities and not at all interested in teaching ( except few department in some colleges) . All the colleges with bignames in Maharashtra like grant mc, kem, nairs, gmc nagpur are extremely toxic and a hell for residents. May be better in case of variety of cases and clinical exposure, better payment( stipend is 90k for first year)... In Kerala patients get at least priority here patients are being noted treated as humans to be very honest. I feel so sorry for those who lost their lives by the negligence of the faculties who won't attend patient and try to runaway to his/her clinic to earn more and putting all the responsibility on residents who are in their learning phases.

Political high-handedness (left) is the real issue of kerala, everything is being handled on the basis of politics.

I got my Karnataka medical council registration in a single day but was amused when TCMC took about 2 months for me. This do create a lot of unemployment and frustration.

Bro better go outside of kerala. There is much effort needed to change the system. It was your decision to do it here.. it was your decision to take non clinal..so deal with it instead of mourning. You bring your politics in to it, that makes it harder to listen to it.

As you said Ksmc is not providing permanent registration for those who didnt complete internship in india. And You got a temporary registration in kerala for 3 years

1. Can you continue without permanent registration?

2.what will you do after completing 3 years of pg if they demand to do internship after completion of pg ?

3.is that possible in current situation of fmg students waiting for years to enter into internship in medical colleges in india

Make sure all these before you waste your time and money

I am one among the fmg who fought for fmg interns in 2023 regarding a confusion from nmc and ksmc which affected the continuation of internship in gh hospitals in Kerala.

Literally every single HS & PG's work on Sundays.I don't know where u got the impression that Sunday is a holiday for doctors .We don't get any holiday like onam, Christmas. We are bound to do the duties irrespective of that. The only holidays we're entitled to are the few leave that we avail in a year .Otherwise everyone works every day

Does this rule of not doing internship in Kerala affect me if I did my mbbs and internship in a deemed college in Chennai?
