Theory of Everything was the last movie I watched before my father's fatal cancer diagnosis. Life has never been the same again. This movie and the soundtrack holds a very special place in my heart.

It's good, but the crescendo at 1:14 could have been a little louder, or a more pronounced diminuendo for effect. The transition at 1:26 is a little crude as well; portamento could have done with a little more work. I know this is hard in a DAW as well, but it just sounds a little robotic overall. If you're using Ableton Live you can play with the Max for Live LFO to add random movements instead of plotting them in by hand. Tiny movements to different instruments really bring classical music to life. 1:40 This legato part could probably be a little louder as well, seeing as it's the centerpiece of that section. Same with the solo piano; could be higher up in the mix.

Arrangement is great though; double bass sounds very raw and dynamic, the ethereal vocals is a good fit, so is the flute. Not sure about the electric guitar.
