Mr. James Brown’s performance of Night Train on the Tami Show was and still is one of the greatest performances ever on film or otherwise. The only other performances I have witnessed that are even close were Mr. Brown’s performances at the Apollo Theater, Mr. Jackie Wilson at the Apollo Theater, The Unifics at the Apollo Theater and the P*Funk Earth Tour 1976- 1977.

I just 2 years old when I first saw this footage I didn't know who he was at that time but we were all in front of the television with my parents and other relatives . I remember the screams and shouting going on while he was performing he really put on one hell of performance !
