This is how to step your foot forward from a downward dog. I'll teach you multiple techniques that you can begin implementing TODAY that will improve and possibly completely change the way you get to the top of the mat.
You'll get your foot closer to your hands and feel stronger and more graceful in the process!
Thank you for practicing with me!

That is so helpful. I've practiced on/off for years by myself mostly and it's such a common part of yoga, but noone suggests how to do it :)

I had back surgery three weeks ago. I’ve been doing yoga for the last year. It’s really prepared me and help me greatly in my recovery. I had a hard time before the surgery and getting that foot forward from downward dog. I think I could do it now. He said to let myself recover a bit more of it thank you so much. Excellent instruction

No one explains it as well as you do, not even the yoga teachers. It’s like they are keeping this technique secret to themselves. Thank you. Will try it out.

Lizzy, you are my savior, I cannot do pigeon pose because of my SI joint lacks range of motion. Consequently, I have all kinds of pain? Plantar fasciitis, sciatica, piriformus etc. after I watch your video, I can do the pigeon pose now. My hip has more range of motion. I just finished your video today. I am looking forward to reducing my pains by continuing using your ingenious techniques instructions. You are amazing 😊! Thank you so much!
