You may think to become unstoppable, you have to do some pretty difficult things. Luckily for you, that's simply not true. This video walks you through a six-step practical framework that helps you break down any goal, however insane, into something you can do... easily and effortlessly. In fact, this is the exact approach I took to be able to hold a plank for 30-minutes a day, every day... and I know you can too. This is not a superpower. It's just a system.

WHO AM I?
I have spent most of my life studying and thinking about how to retain what I learn. I have an undergraduate degree from Harvard University, a medical degree from the Yale School of Medicine and finished residency at a Harvard-affiliated hospital. I am now a board-certified doctor practicing in the US. This entire channel is dedicated to the art and science of learning, productivity and success.
