Thanks for the tips, but I'm curious...why use the workflow and not just right click the send button schedule sending your response? Did I miss something? At any rate, it brings 'workflows' to the attention of people who might be unaware of it, which is certainly no bad thing.

I have a question about the private, individual chats that I'm hoping you can help with. I work in a bank and want to group individual chats by which team the person is on. Looking at your screen, for example: Let's say that Tom, Mary and Bob work in the Loan Department while Sally, Tony and Jennifer are in the HR department. Is there a way to make a folder or group that includes the individual chats of Tom, Mary and Bob and name it LOANS - then make another that would do the same for the other 3 people and name it HR. Kind of like pinning them, but in their own sections to hide or display together as a group. I hope it's clear what I'm asking.
