For seniors, staying healthy means exercising and pickleball is a fun way to do that. It's ideal for people who dislike running, walking or bicycling, and once you start playing it can be addictive.

Pickleball is also a very cardiovascular sport. Even though it’s a small court you move around a lot so it helps your balance, and is good for hand-eye coordination because you're hitting a ball with a paddle. There are also a lot of benefits in just meeting other people.
