Your fridge and freezer should maintain temp overnight and you will never have freezer build up. Bang on my man. I wouldn’t do it If I was selling food but it’s perfectly safe.

I’m trying to do this but I’m told planning permissions will stop me. I know the 4 year rule has now changed ( unsurprisingly) to 10 years so I assume you did this prior to this new rule?
