1:20 use fork crown as a reference, the tyre can be misaligned wheel rim can be bent, the wheel might need a true.
So use fork crown instead.

You should smart everything up to work best for you. Mismatched tyres can be better and I ride with my brakes slightly misaligned because I find it feels better, people's wrists arms and hands aren't always symmetrical

I don't know about mixing tyre brands, but mixing and matching models within a brand is perfectly fine. Schwalbe even suggests some tyre combinations e.g. Racing Ralph in the back + Rocket Ron in the front for XC.

Shouldn't mix tire brands? That's BS advice. You need to be able to customize your tire setup according to your riding conditions. Aside from tread pattern and tire width, rubber compound also differs greatly between brands. You have to find a mix that gives you the best traction. I've been running Conti X Kings up front since they're a stickier compound with a Schwalbe Racing Ralph out back. They complement each other.

Nothing wrong with mixing tyres, I run a shorty and Mary. what I would do is sort out that front maxle.

One question, i currently own the remedy aswell. I cant seem to use my fuel rear suspension travel even at 30% sag and i removed both spacers that come stock in the shock, any suggestions?

This is bullshit. Tyre brands make no difference, it's all about the design, not what label is on it. There is no reason you cannot mix tyre brands to suit your riding style.
