I have just purchased this model looking forard to building it I have not done any modelling for well over 45 years so am feeling a little apprehensive atm so I will be watching this video closely so I hope I dont go wrong :)

Just out of curiosity, since the colors for the X-Wing body is already molded in for you, what color did you use to paint the pilot and R2-D2 Figures?

Great work. I have built the Bandai R2-D2 and just picked up the X-wing and General Grievous kits.
I love the technique near the end that you used for paint chipping. Is that a piece of sponge you are using. And are you applying paint, paint wash, or panel line? (I mean on the wing edges, nose, etc.)

Awesome build. Only suggestion is, believe it or not, the exhaust port is actually flush to the floor of the trench..its not standing upright. Makes Luke's shot even that more impossible ;)

Nice work! You may wanna use next time a wash with abit more brownish tint on it, so its not pure black. But its up to you!👍🏼
