The long room/structure in your video looks very much like one of the boathouses at the Herculaneum in Campania, Italy where the poor victims tried to flee the volcanic eruption. It's a small world .... even back in their day. The mediterranian gave many cultures shared "technology." Herod and his engineers are at the top of the list for innovation, at least in my book.
I didn't know that the Pilate stone was found at Caearea 😮 Thank you for the tour!!!

When you mention Herod setting up a port for trading, what products were coming in and out? Since our trip to Israel, we’ve also traveled to Sicily and Spain. Can you talk about the trade with those regions in the time of Herod?
