Setting up Windows 10 Speech Recognition What Can I say?

Windows 7 Speech Recognition was excellent, yet I seldom used it - here I am setting it up again on Windows 10, and a few words about the new Voice Typing in Google Docs. Especially how I cannot think and speak out aloud it seems.

Awesome stuff I used to play with Win 7's speech recognition and Vista. I know Cortana is a cool addition too. Nice tutorial will look into how advanced it's evolved since Win 7. Curated to my Windows playlist.

Does this need to be set-up to have Spotify take voice commands to control Cortana?

I would like to see a demo of it transcribing other than the canned training exercise. On my computer, an HP Sceptre 360x, and on examples provided by many other disgusted users on MS's site, this provides utter gibberish, and, after just a few spoken words, continues on its own verbal rampage. The result doesn't even resemble possible spoken speech--a conglomerate of numbers, symbols, weird jumbles of almost alien conspiracy jargon, in response to saying 'I am now typing'. I cannot believe anyone actually gets anything other than garbage from this app. And, the whole time I tried, I had Google open on a separate tablet and every word was accurately reproduced. MS refuses to acknowledge the defects and tries to blame it on the user. I've had computers since the '80s and earlier versions of Windows did reasonably well, well enough that purchasing Dragon was only necessary for more than occasional use. I'd like to drag this into an AG office and see what their thoughts are on MS representing the program as containing a STT function.

Thanks for this, unfortunately it still cant understand me well enough to be useful, FAR to many mistakes. Dragon software it is I guess then.
