He should not only not pay the bill but send the city a bill for the damage they caused to his building! Take them to court if necessary!

The Mayor doing things in the dark will come to light.

Just have the Superintendent of the STL Public Schools put it on her credit card, with the millions of dollars in flights, cruises, hotels, meals...

Sounds like your typical big city corruption going on here. Question is, who or what developer is after that property

The FBI and US Attorney's office needs to investigate the mayor. This stinks to high heaven.

I think the state may take over the building department for St. Louis. Seems like there's a lot of crime going on there

Take them all to court. That's all the owner can do. Sue everyone involved.

@ 3:14. The truth comes out. Usual suspects tied to & hiring the usual suspects. Commissioner not aware? Horse manure.

It's funny that at 4:31 you have a private company self admit that is allowed to bid for contracts that they already have control over who gets in the first place through the vetting process.

It's an Historical building and I'd sue the wrecking company and sue the city. I'd get the Historical society involved. No one on a city board should be able to own or run a bussiness anywhere

St. Louis was founded by Pierre Laclede Liguest along with his stepson Auguste Choteau and other fur traders on February 15, 1764. Somehow the city still doesn't have checks and balances?

Do I hear a $1 billion lawsuit coming? The contractor's wife on the board awarding the contract?

I'M PUTTING UP A HOT-DOG STAND, and the city can have a Hot dog for free

sounds like someone in the city is self dealing for a cut of the money

This is a trial attorney's dream. Once a lien is placed on the city of St. Louis, a move for seizure should be made, constables should chain a building or two and move sell at auction. That should shake the tree and move things

conner that says a lot on how this happened.
