Resurfacing original 30 inch toro time master due to wet grass clogging

I sprayed goof off and let it soak all night. Then scraped the deck. Then took a wire brush wheel on my drill to clean it up. Sanded the deck. 2 coats of graphite paint. 2 coats of ceramic coating. What else will help?

I wish I could help! I’ve tried everything under the sun and by the end of mowing a wet lawn, the “Clog Master” always wins. Once you hear that high pitch sound under the deck, game over! Time to scrape the deck again. Painting and/or treating the deck of some sort does help prolong the build up of grass and definitely makes it quicker to clean. Hopefully people will comment with remedies that have worked for them.

Rather than sanding, couldn't you have sand/bead blasted it? Would've taken a fraction of the time.

What was the end result with this? Did anyone ever try the expoxy marine grade paint??

Gloss 2k epoxy paint might help, but Everyone has to scrap clean the deck once and a while no big deal

I reget buying mine. Ive never had a mower that clogs this bad. It takes me twice as long to cut because of all the scraping. Definitely a waste of time and money. Hopefully someone can find a solution

Use an enamel paint coating to prevent grass from sticking

Coat or two of rhino liner and some epoxy sealer or marine grade boat hull paint
