This is such a truly horrifying and devastating moment. You feel the dread with every second passing, knowing that something insane is gonna happen when the final battle comes…. and then nothing cool happens. It’s over in a single episode and no one is satisfied. What a horrible way to end a show

It was so smart of John to go into the wilderness to try to kidnap a zombie from the army of zombies forcing Dany to save him killing off the dragon and thus destroying the wall. Brilliant!

Can you imagine hearing the news that The Wall fell? Something of absolute legend and mystery just toppled down.

Note how the fire that shatters the fucking colossal ice wall is thwarted by a small pile of stoney debris when Jon hides behind it in the battle for winterfell. Shortly after it was exploded there when the fire is blasted through the battlements.
