When I discovered this egg recipe I was OBSESSED. It took Thai internet by the storm because of how unbelievably tasty it is, especially given how fast it comes together. I am so on board with this, it's right up my alley. The white part by itself isn't exciting so I've never been very into sunny side ups. I always break that egg yolk a bit if i was trying to copy a recipe and it involves a sunny side up, but now I'm going to go "marble".

I made my best stir fry eggs recently (the egg pieces you see in fried rice) by "marbling" it and adding it to the oil like that before breaking it into pieces and it was so nice i had to add it to my recipe notes. Before i mostly thought thoroughly beating the eggs prior to frying was the way to do the stir fried egg bits.

I like the phrase marbled eggs, I'm going to call it that from now on😊, I'd like well done

Wow you are first person who I heard to say prik naam plaa, its my favorite sauce for eggs and rice and even in Thailand where I spend every winter for last 8 years when I ask for it some people do not use this name and my girlfriend always correct me with different name. I can eat only rice if I add some of prik naam plaa

Sister I’ve got a question for you: how often do you eat rice, if you’re open to sharing. I’m Persian and our rice is Basmati very different than Jasmine rice but all the same if I have rice regularly it’s very hard for me to manage my weight. Was just curious 🧐 you look trim and in wonderful shape so I thought to ask if it’s a staple for you or a once in a while splurge. Love your channel!
