Government environmentalists on a Federal, State and Local level are actively restoring old wetlands and developing new wetlands. Every new construction project has to develop holding ponds and wetlands for runoff water. These wetlands are breeding grounds for insects and disease. Then on the National level we spend billions on mosquito control. Don't blame global warming, don't blame increased rainfall. Blame your government.
