Exercise improves insulin sensitivity, but the benefit requires a little oxidative stress. So if you combine an antioxidant with exercise, you lose the benefit

Great video explanation. How long should I wait before I use my recovery drink which has electrolytes, antioxidants and other nutrients? It is necessary as I sweat a lot after training.
