I literally opened up YouTube right after dinner - my first attempt at suppli (more or less eyeballed from several recipes) with half of the double batch of risotto in bianco we made yesterday. They were very surprisingly nice, but your version looks soo much better! Now just to convince the husband that you totally can have risotto/risotto based fried stuff three times a week :)

So, Megh, not sure about your wrist discoloration, maybe from a burn ? If it's not too late at this point, Essential Oil of lavender is very good for healing skin to original state. Nothing to lose by using it now. 
But, going forward, (hope you won't need it) It can be applied directly full strength to the injury, but only after initial scab has formed. Of course, you can look this up online lol since I am a hole in the wall lol!

If I may: I find the background music a tad too loud, while your microphone is not the best. So overall not so easy to concentrate on what you're saying.
