you are not solving the problem. that is done by after effects and does not fix the damaged file, which is what we want to fix

What you did is not a FIX . You just open a Back Up, But What to do If the Backups fails too?

FUCK AFTER EFFECTS i've been doing this edit for like 3 days and now im finally done but then this error happened i fix it but by going back some things so i had to remade it however when i finished i decided it was too late so i went to sleep now i opened my project and none of the autosaves works.
