I dig it. Between the new Colorado and now the Canyon, General Motors has my regained my attention. I hate the lights being in the infotainment screen. Even if it's on the front page I think that's a mistake. I find it strange with all the advancements in safety we've had, that manufacturers insist on moving basic controls away from physical switches and dials. It's a step backwards in safety just for the sake of saving a few cents per vehicle and passing it off as a "luxury" feature.

Wow, they got so many things right. I'm not usually a GM fan, but that's a sharp looking truck inside and out. They nailed the stance.

This had got to be one of the best redesigns and desperately needed. They've really done an awesome job with this truck.

They got so much stuff right with this truck. I dig the look. I might be in the minority here, but I'm a little sad the 6 foot bed option is no longer available, and I'm not keen on the lighting controls being done via the infotainment system. Looking forward to seeing one of these in person.

Looks like a very nice truck. Huge improvement over the previous GM small trucks.
I would never buy a small truck, but I'm glad the market has expanded, and the buyers have more options now. Competition is always better for everyone, and gotta give the Tacoma cred for waking every manufacturer up.

This new canyon looks to be an awesome truck with lots of potential. even the base models are nice, hopefully it is reliable long term. now lets just hope the dealerships come back down to earth soon, right now their greedy mark ups on trucks are absurd.

Wow, what a breath of fresh air! Im far from being a GM fan but they knocked this design out of the park. Midsize trucks always seem way over the top or like an accountant squeezed every penny out making them just plain boring. This has a muscular yet refined appearance both inside and out. GM has never been on my list but I will definitely look into this generation much much closer.

Honestly both the canyon and Colorado so far are the best looking redesigns I've seen in awhile

This is my new favorite mid size truck!! Interior is looking fire and the outside is this modern aggressive look that rocks. Love it!!

Talk about a massive visual improvement over the previous generation inside and out. Interested to see how they hold up. Love that the automakers are taking the midsize and small trucks seriously again.

Love the stance of the truck and the engine choice. Thrilled that even the basic 4x4 models will have the same stance and same powertrain. Can't wait to see some of the more basic trim models.

The design of this truck is amazing inside and out. I only wish they had a little bit more rear legroom 👍

I have not been a huge chevy or gmc fan in the past but in terms of engineering and innovation they are killing it compared to other brands. The fact that they are getting 300hp and 400ftlbs out of this v4 and achieving good gas mileage is stellar

They knocked it out of the park with the styling. Looks so good!

Love my '22 Tacoma, but I like seeing strong competition. GM's interior game is finally surpassing other makers. The price is going to be a shocker though. I bet that truck in the video is $55k. Which is just bonkers for a mid-size truck

I’m a Tacoma fanboy (self-declared), own a 2nd Gen, and think this Canyon has a strong chance of being a great truck … it’ll be on my list of trucks once my Tacoma is ready to hit pasture in about 20 years.

Brand loyalty kills innovation! Glad to finally see some competition in the midsize truck market.

I'm in a 2011 Tacoma 2wd right now. This looks like a very nice truck and I'm considering one next year. I love the redesign and the interior. Hopefully it's reliable enough to go 10 years, 180k miles. That's my plan. Well done.
