Having a visually pleasing repeatable golf swing is f no use to anyone if we cant set ourselves correctly and aim towards our intended target.

Ive done this with putting, but never thought to do it with irons. Took this out to the range today and hit some dead on shots. Great tip!

I've been doing this on the tee for the last couple of games and now feel so much more comfortable off the tee with driver or any club and hitting more fairways. It has also shown when I have put a bad swing on the tee. I will have to try the head tilt next time I'm out, always look at the target but never tried it the way you explained.

Bang on Chris... Strangely, I had a slowish back round today, but instead of moaning about the 4 ball in front of me, I took the opportunity to give extra attention to aim, alignment and swing, because of this I pared all the par 3's and absolutely nailed some tee shots that in the past have been tricky to get right, consequently I shot under my handicap and scored a tidy 38 Stapleford points, so it proves your point in this video!! Keep up the great content. 👌🏼

Works for putting, too. Visualize your line from behind the ball, pick a piece of grass, divot, whatever. One glance at the flag, not for the line (trust your setup), but to get a feel for the distance, and nail it.

Great content Chris. When I watched your video it reminded me of the PGA Tour Playoff here at East Lake in Atlanta, GA. I often capture video's of the different players, Pre Shot Routines, and how they align themselves before each shot!! Keep it up!!
