Shifting Weather

Hey there, deity. I’m not sure if you’d have any more insight, but I happen to have settled on a toubleks bow. Do you think it would be worth it to still go for the 50 strength through other gear pieces? Or to still follow your build, hit only 40 str and focus a little more on dex?

Does stats make a difference apart from the passives? Like is 45 = 40 or does the 5 remaining increase something
