I always enjoy your videos and appreciate the effort that has gone into their making. What I can't help noticing is how many buildings you've filmed are relatively modern probably no more than fifty years old. This, for example, I would guess dates from about 1980 and, I would imagine, have still got plenty of potential. I expect it happens here in the UK too.
New buildings were erected at my old senior school in the late sixties while I was still a pupil. The entire school including these new buildings was demolished in 1991. They were just twenty years old! It has been longer since their demolition than the time they actually existed!

Let me guess, they will build wood framed apartments here?

Are these guys on a go slow ? At this rate it`ll take them longer to pull the building down than it took to build it.
