Dutch right-wing party leader Thierry Baudet was attacked by a man wielding an umbrella as he arrived at Ghent University in Belgium to give a lecture.
The attacker was waiting for Mr Baudet outside a conference venue and hit him once on the head. He was heard shouting 'no to fascism, no to Putinism'.
