This should be a fangame. You play as a ditto and you can transform into any object on screen by clicking on it, and you have to go through a series of platforming puzzles by utilizing these transformations.

This looks like a real good concept for a game where you can touch the elements in the stage to transform into them in order to solve puzzles and finish the level. It would be perfect on the 3DS (it would also work on the Switch, but it would only work on portable mode because of the touching mechanic)

1:22 in actual Mario maker, bob-ombs blow up hard blocks but not ground blocks, so ditto should have been blown up and the floor would stay intact.
