A Ditto that transformed into Kirby now swallows Kirby to get Kirby's abilty which is also his case and gets Kirby's copy ability that he already has while Kirby can copy whatever he swallows, so he copys Kirby's copy ability and copys the abilt...(The fabric of the universe rips)

Ditto underestimated the power he was dabbling in, and it destroyed him in the process.

Kirby accessed the power to copy without the need of his inhaling power. There have been instances where he could do this before, but this would prove the most reliable, as the ability is accessible so long as he keeps the copy active.
