I too love the CG Flying Geese Ruler that I bought from you and I use it often. You taught me something new about it tonight - snipping the center of the wing blocks before sewing to reduce bulk! Thank you! I truly dislike bulk, and I think this will definitely help me in the future. Really cute block and quilt - thanks, Tammy!

I cut my fabric today, starting is always the hardest for me. I’ll be using the sewing tips tomorrow when I start piecing. Thanks!

Great tutorial for the block. I'm a newer quilter and am trying to learn the vasics with small projects like table runners/toppers. A wall hanging would be great too! Will you do a tutorial on how to make the piece into a wall hanging? What do you need to put on the back to hang it? Thanks!

Instead of using fabric for your starter strip are use actually chunks of paper towel it tears apart very easily and it’s certainly cheap and it doesn’t take much fabric

I have this ruler, and will try it again. I usually cut 1/8-1/4 larger pieces and cut down. I like a 3/8 at the top.

I know that this may be a strange question? But how do you get your mat to spin so easy. I have the same mat it won't spin like yours. Do I put oil on it?
