Sir you said the court cannot withdraw charges because the criminal motion has not been initiated by court...but sir when court takes sue Moto cognizance, then in such case criminal motion has been initiated by court. So in such case can court withdraw charges? Sir kindly give reason.

Sir I have a doubt that in your last slide it is written that the court which set aside the conviction may revive the proceedings and cancel the acquittal, but you are saying that the court that has given the conviction may revive the proceeding please kindly clear the doubt ....
