I have proven this to be true. I have avoided "saturated fats" since I was young bec we were told to. I rarely ate pork and beef and we have used canola in years.
My staple food consists of fastfoods, fried and high carbs. I had a sedentary lifestyle.
April 2023 I was diagnosed w coronary artery disease. DOING MY BEST TO ELIMINATE pro-inflammatory & processed foods.
6months of LCHF and brisk walking everyday = NO medication.
My staple food consists of grassfed beef, pork, mushrooms, green leafy veggies, herbs & spices as tea drink.
Less sweet fruits. No starchy veggies.
I'm feeling much better compared to my past years.

I cook with lard. Compare it's nutritional value too butter. Try using it for deep frying. I'm very satisfied with it.

I’ve stopped consuming oat milk 🥛 since it contains these seed oils like sunflower 🌻 and rapeseed. I now only consume black coffee ☕️ with almond milk unsweetened

Butter, EVOO, California blend only, uhm, one more, I think thats all I use. A lot of local grass fed organic butter. Same with EVOO. Look to see where its been blended. Ghee, I can do that myself. I beieve its clarified butter? I would use bacon fat maybe.

If the un-saturated oil become "saturated" because of its instability in heat. Is there a difference between the "saturated" oil vs the "saturated" fat?.
I wish someone who knows chemistry would reply.
On the other side, cholesterol in human body must be changed to a sulfate form to be used by the body in the hundreds of biological processes and that can be achieved by taking vit D from the sun or supplementing.

Does saturated fat like fatty beef also turn to something else when we fry or boil it and this much of oil and stew come out of it? After all you can't consume meat even the healthist protein as in carnival without exposure to heat. Thank you.

Seed oils make my skin itch. Toke me years to figure it out because it’s in everything. I avoid everything with them now and it’s not that hard once you change your diet.
