Club hierarchy knew we needed another body up front but failed to get one, whatever the reasons. The one we did get(Guiu) is on £100k a week and didn't even get selected for the bench. Tell me how does it make sense. First half was good, but totally got undone by the second half (basically 2 points dropped). Consistency is much needed. And not only another half but a run of games.

Can't speak for anyone else, but I don't think I can stomach another season of this BS. Because it's exactly that, BS. This is a 2billion pound investment, and we're yet to see any returns.
Spare me the "oh but we played well and deserved to win.". This is football. A result business. You get what you play for. You win or you lose, and for about 3 seasons, Chelsea almost always look like losers. What good is "playing well" if you don't win?? This Palace game was, on paper, a game we should have won decisively, but as always we couldn't bury it. Nothings changed. New faces, same Chelsea. Unless they flick some imaginery magic switch, this is going to be a repeat of last season. All these 100 million pound players and we're still nowhere near top level, not competing for top spots. We're a full blown mid table club, with a championship manager. That's it

It won't change anything ❌🚨✍🏽 Chelsea has improved and even has a good team, great players, but Chelsea's biggest problem is the lack of a top-level striker, an elite 9. Jackson is not a 9, he is a winger, or a second striker, he is not a finisher. When Chelsea sees this, everything will change.
