I quit my desk job 6 months ago and have lost 25 lbs and dropped 3 dress sizes without actually trying. I don't feel unwell otherwise and I eat, so I'm going to accept this as a lifestyle change. The human body was meant to move.

Wow, great stuff. I have unintentionally lost 25# in the last 7 months, almost entirely muscle. I was skinny to start with, down to 153#. Still working out, and playing golf. Doing the Jonathan OTTO protocol to reset my gut biome, cleanse the parasites and hope that helps. Leukemia survivor . All bloodwork and thyroid normal. Cut gluten, dairy, sugar and prepackaged foods for the last 11 weeks. Learned a lot in your video.

I had a tattoo infection in 2014, and was given bactrim. I went to the ER 24 hours later feeling like i was having a sever reaction to the med. They told me to tough it out and stay on it.
Not long after, i began losing weight and was diagnosed with SFN and POTS.
I started at 205 lbs, and went to 180 in 6 weeks, then 170 after about 3 mos. Now im 160, nine years later and i eat constantly.
No doctors can figure it out. It actually seems like they have no interest in figuring it out.
Ive seen Dr.'s at some of the best hospitals and they just think the infection caused a neurological autoimmune issue.
Our medical system is scary

Thank you doctor. I'm from India. I had embarked on a weight loss journey in July '23, when I weighed 91 kgs (approx 198 lbs). And by 1st April '24, I had lost 10 kg or 22 lbs. Was very happy. But then, I lost another 22 lbs by July 24 i.e. in 3 months, without any additional effort. Did a USG, blood work and even PET CT scan. All are clean (except for a long standing subclinical hypothyroidism). I am scared now.... though I've more or less stabilised at 71 kg (157 lbs) over the past 3 weeks. Testing for H.Pylori soon.

I wanted to ask if non-disease cachexia can be reversed. To put in perspective, I've also lost adipose tissue fat.

My lack of sleep during the past five years has been caused by a new, stressful work that I started five years ago. Another thing to notice is that my girlfriend and I moved in together about the same time she had a 10-year history of weight loss. I have undergone a complete physical examination, but they were unable to identify the reason for my 40-pound weight drop. Could you please tell me on what could be causing my weight loss all over my body?

I been losing muscle since may of last year 2022, went on vacation to Mexico and got a stomach infection that lasted me about 2 month, had chronic diarrhea, fever, and swollen throat and lymph node on my neck, diarrhea went away on its own but the lymph node never did, had a biopsy in December tot test for lymphoma but test came back negative, to this date still have a lot of problem gaining weight and muscle , been working out and eating lots of protein but still nothing, I still feel like I have low grade fever to this date, doctors have done many many blood test to check for a disease but nothing comes back negative, it’s frustrating I don’t know what to do .

Great video! So I have lost about 6-7 pounds unexpectedly and I literally have no energy most of the day and sometimes lack of focus throughout the day. Currently weigh 159lbs and I’m 5’9
Not experiencing any pain but no matter how much I eat, I cannot gain weight.
In the past 6 months, My blood work showed everything was fine except for low Vitamin D and high coristiol levels.
I also had a thyroid TSH blood test with my endocrinologist and the results came back OK.

Any recommendations on what I should do next to stop this weight loss and gain weight back?

Thank you doctor for you precious information. I will avoid lectins. I have adrenal insufficiency, morning serum cortisol 10.6 μg/dL, losing weight, tanning, lethargic. I just notice that my bathroom wall has mold. That is the place where I hang my wet towel. Now I take Saccharomyces boulardii twice a day to fight fungus infections. I also take grapefruit seed extract to fight a candida infection. Am I on the right track?

I am surprised you didn't mention diabetes. One of my friends husband began losing weight and found out he was an untreated diabetic. I myself have lost about 1 pound a day over this past week without trying. I been considered pre diabetic for several years but got caught up in snacking on sweets in our home. One month ago I had a severe cramp in my foot while sleeping and I stood up beside my bed to try to work the cramp out. The next thing I knew I was falling backwards in a dead fall smashing my back on the edge on my night stand. I was in horrific pain and at my waist on the left side I had very bad bruising on my back. A trip to the hospital showed 3 fractured vertebrae. I have been pretty much on bedrest since then, cutting out all sweet snacks. Over this past week I have seen myself lose about 1 pound a day, which is making me nervous. I love losing weight but have the feeling it may have to do with the injury and may be diabetes related. I am at this point of not knowing what to eat because I also have kidney disease stage 3 and I am not sure what I can eat to help with both conditions. Trying to get in to see a doctor here is a nightmare since the past pandemic. Next week I will see my primary care doctor for the first time and I have been waiting for 6 months just to see him. I was given the name of a kidney doctor here in Los Angeles and tried to see him but he is a "concierge doctor"
that basically takes no insurance and you have to pay a large yearly fee to "JOIN HIS PRACTICE!" I worked for doctors for years but this was a first for me!
Anyway I am still losing weight and don't know why.

I lost 10-15 lbs in about 1.5 months or less. I eat a little different, my big meal in morning instead of night and just snack now at night. No intention to lose weight, just get acid reflux under control. And now I’m nervous lol
