This literally happened to me today... then after 4-5 minutes of problems and a customer just babling on, not listening to me at all, my manager shows up and asks for the exact same thing I did, and then this customer says exactly what I wanted her to say the last minutes.

I used to work at Lowe's handling the online orders. One day a woman came in with a printout of an email (why do people do this? just pull it up on your phone) that was BRIGHT ORANGE, and insisted that she had ordered stuff through our store and needed to pick it up. If you aren't American, the fact that the printout was orange might not mean anything to you. Lowe's has blue and red colors, and Home Depot is BRIGHT orange. Not only was the email *clearly* from home depot, the stuff she'd ordered was brands that are only sold at home depot (Ryobi iirc), and the order number had letters in it which Lowe's order numbers do not. It took me a good 5 mins to explain to this woman that we did not have her order, could not have her order, and she needed to go a block away to Home Depot. This woman legitimately could not comprehend that she was not at the right store. To this day, I do not understand how she got that confused.
