Keep the excellent work, straight to the target. I have 2 similar fixtures in the same space, one was flickering, put new tunes no change. Removed the fix, tested blue shorted , opened the starter prying the box : what a mess the black resin was crunbling, tomorrow a new one ! Thank you very nuch.

If you are having a problem, with your fluorescent
fixture, remove the ballast and install a LED upgrade kit.
You will never have that problem again and you won't be
installing new tubes every two years. Far more cost effective. 😁✌🖖

So there should be no resistance (no reading) on all of the yellow, red, and blue wires?

Hi. I noticed you didn't check resistance between the white (common) wire and the black (hot) wire on the ballast. What should that reading be? Thanks.

I replace the ballast with type "B" LED replacement lights by bypassing the ballast.

So no beep is good? Hearing beep is bad?

If the ballast is good, will it beep if you touch each of them? Thanks

Thanks! Is there a way to do this test with the ballast installed in the fixture? I saw somebody check for shorts across the terminals where the bulb ends go. Wondered if this is another way to do it.
