Fluorescent Tube Light wiring connection/ Using Electrical Choke and Starter/ Using Electronic Choke

Oh this is so cool, thanks 4 the reminder- I tore it down to prep-n-spray butt spaced-out the wiring- It's a mini, under counter single tube fluorescent I disassembled took the transformer and cord off and gave it a FRESH WHITE GLOSS - The DINGY 😖 yellow was bumming me out — THE transition was astonishing!! I have been rattle canning for a loooong time, and have developed some incredible techniques I really need to share; make a video—IT Involves both hands, so to speak; one hand spraying, and the other hand on a heat gun 👹 hitting it HOT-N-FAST👹 —that combination can yield incredible 😲 results ___ quickly ___ Very quickly is the kicker.

My ballast has 2 wires each connecting to a white wire in a T8 connector only on one end.

So one bulb is neutral and one hot and must catch the other polarity at the connectors at the other end

What about T5 fluorescent tubes? They have the starter/ballast/choke built into the tube itself?!

I need help please, 2x18w ballast broke down and i need to replace new one. problem is old system has 8 pins for 2 neon tubes, but new ballast has 7 connectors not 8 like old one, can i connect 2 wires in same connector?
