Have you tried a mushroom galette? This recipe won't disappoint you.

Ingredients
Crust
100g = 1 stick = 1/2 cup cold butter
1 1/4 cups flour
1 tsp table salt
4 Tbsp very cold water

Filling
1 Tbsp oil
1 onion thinly sliced
400g mushroom of choice
Salt, pepper and dry herbs of choice

Tips
The dough cracks a lot. If you feel that it is so dry, you can add 1 Tbsp of cold water.
You don't need to knead the dough a lot, just until all ingredients are incorporated.
Don't skip the feta, it gives to the galette a nice saltiness.
