A drug store setting powder that I really like is e.l.f. HD powder, the loose one. It works very well...not fully transfer-proof, but comes close to being so. I love it as an every day setting powder when my makeup is on the lighter side. I'd suggest trying that and see how it works for you. The RT setting brush is one I got based on your suggestion...and it's my favorite brush of all the ones I own! 🥰🥰🥰
