Bro what r u talking about there is only so much u can do as a realtor lol its not up to u at all when ur client is ready to buy lets say and as soon as he or she find out how much they have to put down say 100k on a 740k house and the interest rate is soooo high obviously nobody is gona buy its cheaper to rent and less stress the golden age for real estate is long over
