Now i would put the roasted pumpkin and feta in a bowl with chickpeas, avocado and maybe add more roasted veggies (like beats, cauliflower, broccoli, and/or sweet potato)! And make it like a harvest bowl!

i love chopping up squashes and pumpkins, what i also do is soak and clean the seeds and add them in the oven for the final 10 minutes to garnish what i’m making, normally a salad or roast bowl if it’s squash or a pumpkin, because they’re very nutritious! also i use them in making pasta dishes and sandwiches. cleaning and roasting takes a little while longer to get cooking all done but i think it’s worth it and i don’t throw it away

People are being surprised by her dinner quantity don't understand the fact that dinner should always be light. If you watch her videos regularly, you'll realise that she eats a lot the whole day, in small portions and all healthy food. Dinner should always be light because that's the last meal and we go off to sleep and our body doesn't do much activity. That's why, I don't think the quantity was too less, knowing her daily diet and lifestyle.

Edit 3rd March, 2023: There are people coming at me for making this statement as if I've made a blasphemy. Such snowflakes. I just want to make my point a little more clear that my comment was not MY OPINION. Whatever I've said is based on Ayurveda. People can have different opinions and body adjustments. I didn't attack anyone. There were people just after this girl for her dinner so I just said that her dinner is alright regrading her whole days calorie intake. But some of you just pounced at me as if I've snatched away dinner from your table. SMH 🤦🏻‍♀️
