For Blogs is easy but Custom Post types is kinda difficult to find a way to add custom taxonomy category in the URL

my entire permalinks where deleted now my posts ain't showing anymore i have tried to access the permalinks setting or my posts but anytime i try to do so this pops up"The requested URL /index.php was not found on this server. Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request."can anyone help me and thank you
