I’ve got one this week, but can’t raise my arms due to bone on bone shoulder arthritis on both sides. Oh well

That's not fair how this video talks about water because when I had my CT scan on 12-23-2024 I had to drink super yucky berry flavor contrast and I HATED it and was angry and upset with it even thought it was not a punishment it was to help get a good CT scan

Far more likely to benefit from the scan that to suffer any harm?
From what I have read, ionized radiation is harmful. There is no acceptable level that is safe.
A year’s worth of background radiation through one scan is a lot.
Could not the same results be obtained by an MRI or some sort of ultrasound, neither of which use radiation?
The dye injected contains iodine, correct? Does this substance linger in the body afterwards?
