The pandemic definitely helped me eat healthier, and I have some sort of exercise routine I hadn't had before. But I would like to go to yoga class again, and I miss the farmers market. There's always a "but" when you're isolated, no matter how healthy you get.

I’m surely miss my yoga & Tai Chi classes.
I’ve maintained by walking, practicing on my own, it’s hard, it’s lonely but necessary to eat well, to take walks fortunate to live in western Massachusetts.

My cooking repertoire has become much bigger and far healthier. I wont be eating out as much anymore just special occasions. I have saved so much money and feel much better.

I put on weight from both lack of exercise and stress eating. I’m back at the gym since it opened back up and hoping to drop this weight.

One would think that people now have a lot of time to exercise and get rid of bad habits. I do an hour of Pilates a day, and my husband bought a road bike he has become obsessed with. One just has to want it.

It has never affected me. Living on acreage I exercise daily and my diet has improved without eating in restaurants. To all the people who told me moving to the middle of nowhere was stupid....think again!

Ahahahahahahaha all the northeast ppl are used to this... it's called ~~~> WINTER. Being stuck in the house and fending for yourself because you can't (or don't want to) head out into the white tundra. Necessity is the mother of invention 😎👊💖💚💜❤
