I'm Lebanese, and the way we eat it is to just to dip it in salt, make sure they're wet so the salt sticks.

In India you’re supposed to take off the green exterior and then eat the raw almond that’s inside ☺️

green almonds called as "çağla" in turkey and we love eating it with salt and i usually not prefer eating inside cause it's bitter, i recommend you to eat by dipping salt

These are common in India.. they are quite a refreshing fruit. So what you do is.. break apart the green fuzzy exterior, then you’ll see a milky-white seed.. like a peeled soaked almond. That’s what you’re supposed to eat!

Dip it in a mix of salt, msg, little sugar, dried and crush thai pepper chili, and fish sauce....you get sweet, salty, and sour and crunchy all in one bite.

Why can't I eat raw almonds?
Almonds must be pasteurized in the US out of concern for food safety. However, unpasteurized almonds have the same potential for causing food-borne illnesses as unpasteurized milk. To understand this danger, you must look back to salmonella outbreaks in the early 2000s caused by almonds.

I’m Cambodian and my family loves green almonds! It has been awhile since I’ve had it, but I believe we’d eat it with a sweet chili sauce.

In my country we call it 'chaghaleh badoom' and it's such a popular and expensive delicacy. We usually sprinkle some salt on it cuz the combination of sour and salty is delicious😋

The outer layer is usually softer on the small ones. We usually eat them with salt to balance out the sourness, and occasionally make some sort of stew with herbs and verjuice and meat. Be careful not to eat too much though they're hard to digest.

Okay I’m Arabic and how we eat it is like this. First you disk it in water to help it not be so tough, then season with vinegar and salt and other spices you like, I love putting Tajin on it
