BJP got only 25% of the vote out of 100% Vote (Including those who did not vote).
100 Voter -- 67 Voted. Out of 67 Voters, BJP got 38% that is 25.46 votes.
This means out of 100, only 24 people voted for BJP. Rest either they did not vote for BJP or did not even vote.
Conclusion: This means if those who did not vote for BJP (75%) get united, we can defeat BJP/RSS very easily.
