Turkey Curry Sauce Recipe
Ingridients
- Yellow bell pepper
- Green bell pepper
- Red bell pepper
- Spring onions
- Ginger
- Garlic
- Onions
- Turkey/ soft chicken/ beef and should be diced into small or medium sizes: Your preference of protein
- Eggs: optional
- Carrot
- Cornflour/ baking flour: Mix with water
- Curry
- Salt
- Maggi
- Vegetable oil

Marinate your chicken/ beef/ turkey with all your spices, then put your pot on fire and add vegetable oil, add onions, garlic, enough curry, ginger, small salt and maggi because your protein has already been marinated with salt, curry, and maggi.

Allow it to fry for 2-3mins then add your marinated protein and allow it to boil for 5-7 minutes once it’s done, add water into the protein and your boiled eggs and allow it to boil for another 5-minutes and taste if the spices are enough.

Add all your diced ingredients and mix the cornflour/ baking flour in a bowl with water and add it to your curry sauce vegetable. The flour thickens the sauce. Once it thickens, allow it to simmer for 2-mins and turn off your gas so that the vegetables doesn’t get over cooked.

Note: The flour should be very little. The more the flour mix, the thicker your curry sauce becomes and you won’t enjoy it if it’s too thick.

If the flour is too much in the sauce, the sauce would look like pancakes.
