We need to see more of Uncle Clyde!! These shorts just will not do at all. Uncle Clyde is the star of the show as far as I am concerned. Its more than just the foods he prepares it is the country vibes that go along with it; his enamel cups, the hanging spoon on the window, country kitchen, the double door by the kitchen, the way he gets his seasoning from the back yard and on and on! Most of all its his humble unassuming personality and his "love in the house" expression with the thumbs up that makes this man a winner!! You are doing your channel a disservice by not having more of Uncle Clyde and by more I mean more preps and longer slots. You have a great channel no doubt but Uncle Clyde is #1!

I was disappointed when I did a tour last Friday to Paramin and visiting Uncle Clyde was on the itinerary and was told he was ill so we couldn't meet with him.☹️ I hope on my next trip I do get to meet him.
