Is there an advantage to your workflow of doing subD offset of your planes then deleting the creases instead of just selecting the faces of the flat plane and extruding with gumball? Seems to give me the same result with less steps, I am a newbie so just curious

Thanks for the tutorial! One question: if you would be making a part of the round shapes sharp, which method would you use? I used this tutorial to try build a clog shoe - and would like to try make a sharp/straight heel edge for example.
