Love your videos! Turned me onto Asana, so thank you. Some ideas for future content if you accept requests. How to manage a VA (Virtual Assistant)?
For example,
Google Calander: How to share access, allow them to create events, etc

Gmail: How to give them access to read, reply to emails on your behalf
LinkedIn/Social Media: How can they post on your behalf
Apps to use or incorporate

Just an idea, keep it up!

When I tried this in the GMail app, it took me to Google Play Store and insisted on installing another app, Google Tasks. That seems like an unnecessary complication, ad I've already got scheduled tasks in Google Keep (where I _thought_ they might synch) and GMail already lets us schedule and delay/remind existing emails. Never mind the issue of how does all this relate to Google Calendar, and what does all this do to live/CPU RAM memory when all these apps insist on running LIVE in the background and won't install on an SD-RAM. It's the main reason I don't have Google Docs, Drive, or Calc apps installed. Memory hogs.

How do I add Tasks from my iPhone or iPad? Is that even possible? I can’t find anything on it. All the videos I see are creating tasks from a desktop.
